Before you submit a contact request below, a quick heads up!
As much as I love talking to people, connecting and hearing about projects, there are only 24 hours in the day and life is too short for long emails (and too many of them!). Have a read below to help you get the best response!
If you’d like to book a psychology session – easy, tick that box, perhaps tell me about who the appointment is for and I’ll get back to you usually within 24 hours.
If you want to discuss a project or collaboration – Please do not ask if you can ‘pick my brain’! I’ve spent years developing my expertise and brain picking is a lopsided affair. Our time is precious, so if you are keen to discuss a project – please provide a link to your work and clear sense of how you think it might be mutually beneficial. If you would like to engage me as a consultant to work with you, excellent – let’s chat.
If you’re a school student doing a research project – unfortunately, I can’t help you with your senior school research project – I get dozens of requests each year. Please have a look at my site and google my name and ‘Digital Nutrition’ and you will find plenty of resources that you can use.
If you’re a journalist, author or podcaster – please be clear about your deadline and the publication you are seeking comment for. Usually you’re on a tight deadline and it can be tricky to reply rapidly, but try me. Podcasting is my fave medium, but there are a million out there, so please include details of yours. I don’t host guest blogger spots or generally write blogs or articles pro-bono, happy to discuss my rates though.
For general chit-chat you can usually get my attention over at Twitter!
