Founder: Digital Nutrition™

I created the concept of Digital Nutrition™ in 2013 as a positive framework for considering the impacts of digital devices, social media, video games and our constant connectivity on our wellbeing.

With screens saturating so much of our lives, Digital Nutrition™ offers a refreshing alternative to simplistic ‘just turn it off‘ narratives.

I share the Digital Nutrition™ philosophy with high school students, teachers and parents, as well as across allied health services and sporting and corporate organisations.

I offer bespoke consultancy services to to help develop digitally intelligent and confident organisations. I apply change management methodologies, research skills and stakeholder engagement processes to solve digital challenges.
